When you send a quote request, contact form or Free Mow Friday entry, we keep a copy of what you submitted so we can reply, quote and follow up. If you become a customer, or ask for a quote, we keep a customer record in our private admin. It holds your contact details, address, the work you have asked for or had done, quotes, follow-up dates and our own notes. To book and run your job we also keep your address, the service, the date or day of your visit and any access notes. Our job scheduling and booking software may send you a reminder by text or email before a visit.
We keep enquiries and customer records while you’re a customer or may become one, and we delete them if you ask.

We use a small number of trusted services to run our website and business. They handle your information only to provide that service to us:

- An email delivery service, which sends us the message when you submit a form on our website
