Yard Maintenance One Mile

Yard Maintenance in One Mile

One Mile is one of Gympie’s established inner suburbs and home to One Mile State School on John Street. It is the kind of area where homes have been in place for decades — mature trees, hedges and gardens, and lawns that respond fast to Gympie’s summer rain.

Older suburbs bring a few typical jobs: hedges and shrubs that have outgrown their spot, edges that have crept over paths and kerbs, and backyards that are steep or have narrow side access. We work around all of that and leave the yard tidy, with clippings swept off paths and driveways.

Services in One Mile

• Lawn mowing on a weekly or fortnightly schedule
• Whipper snipping and edging
• Hedge trimming, including overgrown hedges that need cutting back
• Pressure washing, weed control and garden clean-ups
• Green waste removal, so nothing is left in your bin or on the kerb

Rentals and Busy Households

If you manage a rental or simply do not have time for the yard, regular visits keep the property looking cared for all year. We can also do a one-off garden clean-up before an inspection or sale.

Hedges and Mature Gardens

Established gardens often have hedges that have been left a season or two too long. We cut them back to a tidy, even shape, take care around windows, fences and power lines, and remove all the clippings. If a hedge needs a hard cut to bring it back into line, we will talk you through what it will look like straight after and how it recovers.

Paths and driveways in older properties also collect moss, mould and stains over time. A pressure wash makes a big difference to how the whole property looks, and it is easy to add to a mowing or clean-up visit.
