Yard Maintenance Upper Glastonbury

Yard Maintenance in Upper Glastonbury

Upper Glastonbury is a sparsely populated rural locality (about 56 people in 2021) in hilly country near Glastonbury, taking in parts of Glastonbury National Park and the Glastonbury and Marys Creek state forests, with peaks such as Mt Moorooreerai at 625 m.

Homes here are surrounded by bush and grazing land, so yard work is less about a manicured lawn and more about keeping the area around the house safe, tidy and easy to manage — grass kept short around buildings, fence lines and driveways cleared, and weeds kept from spreading in from the surrounding land.

Services for Upper Glastonbury Properties

• Mowing around the house, sheds and tanks
• Whipper snipping fence lines, driveways and slopes
• Cutting back overgrowth and shrubs close to buildings
• Weed control and green waste removal

Around the House First

With bush and grazing land all around, the most useful thing we can do is keep the immediate surrounds of your home and sheds short, clear and easy to move around. That means regular mowing and snipping around buildings, tanks and driveways, cutting back overhanging shrubs, and clearing out debris and green waste.

We plan visits around access and weather. After heavy rain, steep driveways and slopes can be slippery, so we will reschedule rather than risk damage to your property.
